The laser system has one electrical power connection and one cooling water connection. The electrical connection can be adapted to other input voltages.
A chiller can supply the cooling water capable of supplying the mentioned cooling water specifications.
The valves of the laser system are operated by pressurized air or N2 at a pressure of 5 bar.
The laser pressure vessel is enclosed in a second containment unit, which acts as a sound reducing enclosure as well as a climate control. The gas vent is used during overhaul to vent the laser system and purge the laser gas. The laser gas contains a small amount of HCl, which is removed from the laser gas by an HCl scrubber. The cleaned gas vented from the laser system consists for the largest part of Neon and a small fraction of Xenon.
