Company profile

NCLR has chosen to concentrate on the development and commercial deployment of high power excimer laser systems and laser processing.

In this context the core team of the company at present consists of some 15 highly educated and experienced employees, which operate in close collaboration with the University of Twente.

For the manufacturing of the lasers an alliance is formed with a leading manufacturer and for distributing and servicing the laser systems in USA, collaboration has been agreed with JPSA, a US company specialized in excimer lasers. This company is also capable to fulfill the integration of NCLR’s laser, beam delivery and product handling systems into an industrial processing system.

Company support such as administration and accounting, legal, human resources, et cetera is contracted to specialized companies.

Organization

The management, H.J.G. van Heel and J.F. Muller, also majority shareholder, have extended experience in launching new technologies within uranium enrichment and aerospace market.

All key personnel have an academic degree and are experienced in the excimer technology as well as program management. Within the company well over a hundred years of experience in the fields of excimer lasers and laser processing is accumulated.

Furthermore, the company has direct access to the research programs of University of Twente, also being a shareholder.
